I got my packet 4 yesterday. I was so happy but when my sister read it this morning she noticed that my middle name is wrong. Instead of RAMASA in the form RASAMA. And my daughter doesnt have middle name in her birth certificate but in our packet she has my middle name. Oh my God! Could this be a big trouble for us? Please Help...If i call the embassy isnt it too late to change it?

when i received my packet 4 i noticed that one of my kid's name was mispelled. i called the embassy and was advised to fax a letter stating the mistakes. make a copy of the letter and bring it during the medical and interview.

yes, i faxed it to the OPERATIONS UNIT, then get hold of the call center service if the embassy had my letter. so far everything turned out fine with me. me and my kids are here now waiting for the AOS to get approved. GOOD LUCK to you!
