When are we going to receieve NOA2?
It means a decision.
There is no way to know for sure when your case will be processed, but based on the information you and all the other members here at VJ have entered into their time lines, Visa Journey is giving you an estimate of when a decision may be made on your case. Yes, if your case it approved it means the NOA2.
It means when they believe they will have made a determination (decision) on your petition.
