I received my NOA2 last week and i have been touched 3 times (4/20, 4/21, and 4/23)

I think it just means that your case is beeing looked at but with no changes, I really hope you get approval soon.
I already got approved....i was approved last week and i already recieved my NOA2 in the mail.
Mine got touched as well at that stage - maybe it is being prepared for sending to NVC..I wouldn't worry about it tho 
It means they're moving it to the NVC
