file the AOS last year july 30, 2007 but until now the greecard not arrive yet ....is there any idea when it would be or have an idea how long should i need to wait...thanks and God bless..

I don't know if this is a mistake in your timeline but it says you were married on 9/28/07 but you filed AOS in July... If that is true then you have a problem

Civil wedding was 7/24/07 (had to beat the fee increase!)

Our observed and religious wedding was 9/28/07 . . . exactly one year after our engagement day.

We will return to the Philippines to renew our vows on 9/28/2008 with our parents & family.

I was simply looking for an obvioius reason to the problem... we filed our I-485's on 7/27 and had one application approved on 11/20 and the other is still outstanding pending the resolution of an RFE....

Ofelia, I I guess you don't have to worry much than I am, I filed my case for I-485 on March 2006 and now Im still waiting...already had my 2nd work permit card and my greencard not even close i guess, i tried to call many times and my interview appointments had been cancelled twice last year... so just stay patient... you are gonna be fine..never been home for 2 years now...

It does seem you have exceeded the normal waiting time. You might want to try and contact them.
