Hey, we live in Atlanta and our over-21 son came to visit us with B2 visa for 2 months. He's wondering bout if he wants to start college here. What is the way to change from B2 to student and should he go back and then to come again or what should we do. He really wants to study here... My son is 26, thanks!

Once your son is admitted to the college, they should issue him I-20 - check with the International Students Office. With that, and paid SEVIS fee (online) he will need to go back to his home country and apply for the student visa there.
