My receipt number on th NOA1 begins with EAC. I thought it was supposed to be starting with a VSC (the service center it was assigned to)? Anyone know anything about this?
Eastern Area Center = Vermont
Western Area Center = California
Western Area Center = California

I didn't know either, when I read EAC, I was wondering what it meant because mine is WAC.
