How is Inusah doing? Bassi is so excited for you guys, it's crazy. He never comes on here, he's only heard of VJ members through me. I guess I talk too much.

Inusah always asks me how my "namesake" is doing. I guess I talk too much as well But he does come on here sometimes, he just doesn't post.

Inusah is fine. He's either not as freaked out as I am, or he is hiding it really well. I have not let on to him how nervous I am. He needs to think that one of us is levelheaded. Thank goodness my sister is coming to visit on Sunday. It keeps my mind off all this.

My husband and I are so excited for you! He comes on here and reads but as with others, he never posts. I just know that this time all will go well and he will be approved FINALLY. Will he be coming home with you if all goes well, or does he have to return home and put things in order? I know you've posted it all before, but will his daughter arrive with him? You are all three in our prayers.

Thank you JJ your words mean so much to me...... I am getting all emotional ......when approved ( by faith ! ) he will
settle his life over there, sell a couple plots of land, sell most of his stuff, settle his 18 year old daughter with
extended family and close friends and we hope it won't take more than 3-4 weeks.
So yes, he will fly from Senegal back to Sierra Leone after the interview and then finally come home to me.
I am going through so many emotions like a roller coaster !
His daughter will hopefully follow after 1 year when he is settled in and is working. Right now she is acting like a teenager
with her very own mind.

So you should be together by May! That is great. We were lucky because we didn't have any roadblocks in our way and the process went quickly. I admire your perseverance, because I simply do NOT know how I would have made it. I only had to wait for 6 months after filing the paperwork and I was a basket case the entire time. I gained 20 lbs during the wait. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. I admire you and your fiance and I KNOW it will all work out this time.

We spent about 3 weeks in Senegal (Dakar and Saly), so let me know if you need any information. I loved Saly and the shopping at the Market in Dakar. I have to confess I did NOT like the airport.

How are you traveling? Thru JFK, France, or Atlanta?

Am traveling St.Louis to Detroit to Dakar, with NW and SA.
My honey will meet me there flying in from S/L.
Taurean and her husband have been so sweet and kind to arrange for a flat for us to stay in. <<HUG to Taurean >>, her husband's family
is in Dakar and I will meet them. When my fiance went for the DNA he also met them.


About the 2 year visa journey..........only by God's grace and nothing else !

Just got off the phone with Joseph and he was heading to church. He has been fasting for weeks now and says that when the fasting ends he knows he will get something good.
