Not this morning due to the snow but this evening I did. Life is ok. I am knitting a scarf for Stephen, getting

I did not know you knitted.

It has been forever when I learned how and I also crochet a cap for my new baby boy grandson who is baking in the oven. Add to that the scrap booking and cleaning the house you would think I am Betty Crocker or something. Man, all that used to bore me to death and here I am.
I can't believe it myself. I am the kind of person that would rather be in the peace corps on a humanitarian mission than this stuff.
Maybe something is in the air or I am being tamed by aliens
This will be a very busy spring.

Hey We_Destiny, we are also doing the same thing at our wedding this year. Everyone will wear American style attire at the ceremony and then we will change into Liberian attire (head ties and everything) at the reception. It will be a two-piece outfit with part of the back showing. I'm really excited, but it is completely stressful, especially when all of our stuff (including the bridesmaids and groomsmen) is happening overseas, so it's been involving a LOT of work. I can't wait to see all of our ideas finally come together.

Speaking of grandson......we haven't heard anything from Bensagin. I hope that baby girl is keeping her on her toes.

Good morning people!!! Wake up!!!!

I'm here. The snow is horrible wet snow here, but not quite a foot yet. So, I'm here at work. My daughter is with her father today, we take turns taking off for the snow days. Have you ever felt connected to your SO in a wierd way? I woke up this morning at 2:45. That's 7:45 in Accra. I looked around the room, checked on my daughter and went back to sleep. This morning when I spoke to Bassi he told me he was at the Embassy at 7:45 this morning. Isn't that wierd? It's like we're somehow connected. Anyway, he didn't get anywhere, but they told him to come back at 2. I haven't heard from him, so who knows what happened. I'm trying not to think about it too much. I've had enough disappointment in this process. I won't let my hopes get up anymore. I hope my neighbor plows my snow while at work.

No snow here thank goodness.

I hope Bassi gets somewhere with the embassy. When Inusah went (he also went on a Wednesday) whe was told to come back on Thursday to pick up his packets because they do not hand them out on Wednesdays. The fact that they told Bassi to come back at 2 is a good sign
