Hola from Caly everyone. I do have the back to school blues right now. My first full day for this academic years begins tomorrow and I dread it already. At least I'll be able to leave VJ on and glance at it from time to time when I get a break.

Reflexology is the massaging of certain points and areas of the foot that correspond with other body systems and organs.

Example you have a back ache and the reflexologist would then work on a certain place on the feet to lessen the pain in the back.

It can be done with certain points on the ears and hands also, kind of like acupuncture but without needles.
