Hi,
My fiancee was approved at the embassy about one and a half weeks ago. My question: should the ticket be for one way or does it still have to be round trip? I looked up round trip and one way and I cannot believe it is the same price.

Thanks
Good luck to all.

Same price from Peru? In my experience, the rt tickets where often cheaper than one way. My husband came on a rt ticket for that reason.

Makes no difference if you get a one way or round trip in entering the U.S. on a K-1.

Usually a roundtrip is less expensive than a one way...... and most people like us went with the round trip ticket.

But if you're finding the price the same it's entirely up to you which one you take.

What airline is offering same pricing for the rountrip or oneway from Lima................ ??

I checked on Lan and it is the same price and around 1000 bucks...Then I looked on spirit airlnes and it came up to almost 500 but remember that doesn't include your luggages....they charge per pound but I don't remember how much...

Damn......... Lan's prices have doubled in the last month, whats up with that. Begining Jan they had flights for around $425.00

Sprits bag check is $5.00 if paid online, $10.00 at the airport until Feb 20th. Then up go the prices like everything else
to $10.00 paid online and $20.00 at the airport. If you bring a third checked back it's $100.00

Those airmiles do come in handy... thanks AAdvantage

Yeah, Lan is always like that but it is a good airline.....So you only pay 5 bucks on Spirit Airlines per luggage if you pay online!!!???

Go for RT, I checked prices to go to Peru this month, to be exact Jan 23rd and coming back on April 3rd, the price was $488 via TACA, awesome price, this is definitely the best time to go to Peru and by the way, I'm already checking tickets for Christmas, hahahahaha, I'm serious about that.

I love my travel agency, CP Travel, they always get me excellent prices 1-800-490-8942 , Susana, Angie and the rest of the girls are always willing to help.

Good luck

I LOVE flying on LAN............ especially if they have one of their newer planes flying down to Lima with the tv in the front seat. The food is usually good and hey, you get a glass of wine or 2 or 3 at no extra cost. Flights attendants are much more friendlier.

Yes, up until February 20th if you pay for your checked bag online it's only $5.00
