What does loaded mean.. this peopl so dang slow
Loaded gun = ready with bullets
Loaded = drunk or under the influence of some drug
Loaded (financially) = full of money
Loaded question = one that might solicit a strong or sensitive answer

Loaded probably means that they have the electronic version in their system.
I know that you want all this to go quickly but you need to give them time to do their processing on their end
