be sure you put pics of him staring deep into your eyes. Or maybe naked. Either one - surprise us!

Oh man, dev. No effing way! I do have a very, very funny one we did a couple of Christmases ago -- a joke "for immigration purposes" one where he's playing the guitar, and I'm staring adoringly at him, with my mom's dog wandering in shot.

Oh please please please share!!! I have a few "adoring look" ones but they are all candid I can tell you!!! A staged photo sounds great... wonder if they want to see pics at the AOS interview... otherwise looks like I might have missed the boat

Maybe I will add one to my siggy anyway for a while

How funny is it that the only people in the thread ginger started in OT on Clay Aiken coming out who ran with the pin pictures were UK peeps? Is this not something anyone from any other culture finds funny? I mean, come ON! They are freakin' FANTASTIC!
I think the Clay pins are the best thing EVER!! I haven't laughed so hard in such a long time!

Good news...the hubster got his advanced parole document yesterday in the mail. It appears the EAD was sent this week...though we got 2 emails (one on the 19th and another one yesterday) saying that the card production was in order. The best we can gather is that it was actually mailed out yesterday.

I was lucky the Fritos were already in the shot!
I really liked the gun...but I couldn't find a good way to put it in the show so it is randomly floating around the room.
I do think we need one of Aly...then we can have a gallery stickied to this page. oh-yeah

Here's a random rant, but I HATE the way the commercials on TV are so much louder than the programming. It drives my nuts. I have to turn the TV up for the program I'm watching, and then the commercials come on and they Blast out of the TV, I have to dive for the remote and turn it down. I'm especially aware of it cos we live in an apartment building, and there's a baby in one of the nearby apartments. GRRRRRRRRRrrrrr

It is a fake 'stache but looks eerily realistic-ish!!! And if you are married then surely you should have a glittery love-trophy in your siggy as well?!
Pointy - I agree with you - it drives me nuts as well. When we play videogames the games are as loud as the commercials though so I think it is the programs that are quieter to make the ads seem louder. At least you are considerate enough to care

Nicky just mutes the commercials.
Krav Maga is a self defense technique developed by the Isreali military. It's based a bit more on street fighting but it incorporates a lot of martial arts moves from varying schools. I saw it on tv a while back and it just looked like it was interesting...I wouldn't mind learning how to kick some serious arse!

Who watches commercials any more? I don't! I DVR everything I watch and rarely watch anything live.
I've never tried Krav Maga but it always looks similar to kickboxing which I did for some time. It's probably similar in that you get a total body workout, burns loads of calories and you get to kick a$$. I think anything like that always gives you laods of self confidence when it comes to self defence, which is always a good thing.

oh you see we're poor immigrants that can't afford a DVR, or at least, I'm trying to hold off buying too much stuff, till I have a job.
That Krav Maga sounds like fun. However with things like that I alway overestimate how fit it am, try a class, go hell for leather in the first part of the class, then it becomes clear that I was going overboard, and it was only the warm up, then the hard part comes, I can't keep up. I never return to the class. Sad but true.

Hi all. Not been around here for ages so thought I'd drop back in. It's hard when I have to use the in laws PC for internet as I feel I need to rush things.
Anyways....me and 2 of my sisters in law do yoga in my living room at least once a week. We do Baptiste power yoga, it's a really good work out.
I really need some help. Need a name for my new kitten. He's totally jet black with bright green eyes and very sleek. He's hopefully going to be a friend for my 2yr old norwegian forest cat called Oscar. We kinda aquired the new kitten as he belonged to a family who now have 3 week old twins and the kitten keeps crawling onto the babies when they are sleeping and giving their mother heart attacks.
