OK I have started my K-3, the CSC recieved the I130 4 Oct 07. Sent the I129 in Jan08 ( no NOA's on either!!!). My question is I am being stationed in Germany in Nov08, will I have to stop the visa process for the U.S? Also should I start his visa to enter Germany now? And if so how do I?

If you move on military orders a stay in Germany is considered a stay in US territory. You and your dependents will be exempted from German law/Visa requirements. Your husband will need to be on your orders and have a military idea with you as his sponsor (I remember from a previous post that you already got that for him, right?).

You will not have to stop the process. You will have to file a change of address with USCIS though, that's at the time you move.
If your case will not be approved until Nov. 08 I believe you will have to file his AOS directly from Germany, using your APO address. If an interview is necessary it would be through the US embassy in Frankfurt or one of the consulates.
