i am a usc , i have lived here since 94', my mom and i came in to the country as visitors and stayed here ever since, I'm currently 23, married and a firefighter / paramedic in Florida. My mom has never had any paperwork. Can i file an I130 while she is here?

CAN AN OVERSTAY APPLY FOR DOCUMENTS WHILE SHE IS IN THE US? I AM LOST, PLEASE HELP?

As far as I know from reading some other forums, parents of USC, even overstay ones, can apply for adjustment of status.
