I just called them to ask why I keep receiving e-mails yet no case status information. For the 2,000th time, they told me "I don't know." All I know is if I ever said this to a customer back in the day when I worked as a customer service rep. in retail,I would have gotten a warning or written up.I just can't beleive they can get away with telling people "I don't know." mad.gif

As someone who works in technology, sometimes you just don't know. And these reps aren't in control of any of that. They just answer questions about immigration paperwork. Though they should at least report it to IT and tell you that they are going to do so.

EDIT: Also, most of the reasons issue don't get fixed is that IT is not aware of them. Most places don't have the manpower to monitor every little part of their system. If it is a problem that only a few have experienced its even more possible that IT is not aware of it. I am not blaming you or really defending the rep, just wanted to explain the possible reasons behind this. The next time you call, ask the rep to report the issue to IT. Something might get done. :)

Best part and really look at this situation, they are not lying to you, they really dont know. At least you are not getting someone saying yes do it like this or NO NO NO you screwed up ya daft, I know you want an answer, but they are just people that do read from a script. Try to get past them to an IO officers which I do or use to < have since given up calling> and sometimes just sometimes you get an answer that will make sense for that day......follow carefully here though my train of thought.....for the next day it will not apply. Enter at own risk with USCIS.

Cheers
