my fiance went to the embassy today with a copy of his I-797 and letter from NVC. He received both packets 3 & 4 and also an interview date of March 28, 2008.

Do you have to use the forms he recieved at the embassy or could we download and fill out the forms online?

I used the forms online. It was much easier to read and make corrections that way.

I am using a downloaded I134 to send over. I am pretty certain you can download them. he just picked up his packet last week and we have an interview date of 4/10. Good luck!

You don't have to necessarily use the forms that the Embassy gave you. If you download the forms, make sure that they are current. Look in the upper right-hand corner. It will state when the form expires. Congratulations!
