hello everybody!!!! I hope that somebody can answer my question.
I am permanent resident. And me and my girl(she is in Russia) are planning to be married soon. What is the quickest way of bringing her over to us?Any suggestions?Should I use i-129f or 130? I am so confused in all those forms. Please help.

Only US Citizens can file I-129F for K-Visas, You being a permanent citizen can marry her and then only file I-130 for F2A IR-Visa and will have to wait some time for a visa number to be issued.
