Hi all,

My EAD card has expired (by one week) thus I am not working until I get it renewed/replaced. My issue is which office do I file too? I am in New York and all my k1/adjustment of status/EAD info has always gone to Vermont but my case files are now at Albany office (still pending my greencard) do I send my EAD form/documents to Vermont or Albany?

Also my interview for Greencard (at Albany office) was last year 6th Feb 2007 - I still have not heard from them regarding this! I did have to submit hubby's tax return after interview as we forgot them.

Stress ! hope someone can give me some advice smile.gif

Thankies

Missy

You should def submit an info pass - no reason why you have had the interview a year ago and yet no decision. not sure about the renewal of the EAD

Definitely do an infopass. 1 yr after interview is long time with no action.

You should have submitted a renewal application for EAD about four months before expiration of the first one.

You can expect your second EAD to take about 90 days to arrive.

Have you moved since your interview?
