I am on L2 and my spouse is L1. I want to know if me and my spouse go to my native country for vacation and my spouse wants to take more vacation, will there be any problem for me to come back to usa alone after vacation ? We have Valid Visa till 2009-Nov. Also will there be any issues with my EAD. I am working in USA with L2 visa and EAD work permit.?
