I finally decided to call the USCIS and find out about mine and my daughters case. It was pending at the CSC and now is in Cleveland. Why would it come back to Cleveland?, I thought that if you get transfered to CSC that it stays there and that you don't need to have an interview.

Some cases are transferred back to the local office for processing and/or interview, not often - but it does happen..

Some cases get transferred back for an interview.
If it is transferred back for an interview, could that mean something bad or wrong?

It doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong. They just randomly interview some, others not.
