I think we could make it in the first half of Sep

I have a question that I hope someone can answer. Today was Phil's interview and they kept his passport. How long before you get that back. He is supposed to travel to Bangkok on Thursday. Is there any way to get a replacement passport? Any help would be appreciated.

he went through London, right? he should have it back in a day or two... did he say which of the courier options he went for? (not that there's a quicker option, I don't mean, but there's the choice just to wait til they come, or to pay a bit more and be given a specific timeslot, so at least he'd know)

They are saying up to 5 days. He did check into the courier service and he can pay more to have it expedited. Just hoping for an exact date of that. Seems we keep running into obsicles. Nothing is easy. How many days has anyone else experienced?

Well, we're all booked and ready for our wedding May 8th. The flights have all been booked and reservations made, chapel booked etc. Wedding attire is complete etc... Now its just waiting for the day, visiting and the AOS.

Don´t know about London speed but when I got the tourist visa in Prague they issued it the following day and sent it. I was there on Friday and think I got it on Monday or Tuesday the following week. With K1 I just had to pick it up myself the following day so I dunno. Hopefully he gets it in time

Thanks for all the well wishes guys - I am sooooo nervous... I think I will be fine once I get the medical out of the way and am out this evening with StP, Poiteen, elmcitymaven and my mummy Then I will get nervous again, hopefully I will sleep ok (bringing my teddy, Henry...) then I will be cacking myself until I queue up... I think once I am just doing it though I will feel a bit better... I just hope it all goes ok... this is like the worst job interview in the world...

Thanks guys! I am just sooo happy! In fact I was surprised at how happy I was! I thought I would be a little worried about it all being so real now but I am just really really glad that there is very little else to worry about right now - I know there can still b e complications and I know I have to go through the whole moving thing but it all just seems so much rosier now that I know I am allowed to live in America with Jeremy

So I was looking for some Embassy review or something about the interview or a description of the day or let´s say the last couple of days when you have been going all over the place meeting all sorts of different people and getting drunk with your Mom not being able to find your way back to the hotel and I found nothing Maybe it´s just too dark here in the rabbit hole Or maybe you just didn´t post anything Or maybe you remember nothing of it

That´s really nice of you to join this site and post 4 mins later with an update for us I know you were under certain pressure though Well could you now go and threaten your OH as well to share lotsa more details with us?

anyway, not much to report, Matt's biometrics was last week and was smooth and easy (dare I say!!!) and now we are just impatiently waiting on EAD - we are doing fine, but man we miss the dual income days!!! And my poor baby has got ants in his pants to just get started over here! at least for now he is knee deep in house projects, we are painting and weeding and doing some little updates to put our house on the market hopefully in the next 6 weeks or so. We are super excited and just really hoping it sells fairly soon (real estate in our area is actually moving!!!), as we broke the golden rule of real estate and already fell in love with a new house and have totally fantasy furnished it, had kids, celebrated christmas, had our new annual bbq in the backyard - the works (in our heads!!!) that is be biggest downer about moving is getting too emotionally invested! Who knows, it may work out and if not we will find another 'perfect' house for us!

We get to choose all the colors, paint, floors, counters, etc since it would be built for us - and we are already in love with a bright lipstick red leather sectional sofa for the main greatroom that we would work around!!!!! LOVE IT!

well, I am not quit up to date whats going on with all of u... (*I got a lot of reading to do*) well, I justed wanted to let u know, that me and my son arrived here in Los Angeles exactely 2 weeks ago.. POE was not a problem at all. the POE officer was really nice and we were laughing a lot... other people in line already looked at us funny oh well....
anyhow... hope to get to be online more often know to be up to date again and also to share the nice waiting period of the AOS with all of u. that shouldnt be too bad... but I hope the I-got-nothing-to-do-but-sit-here-time will go by very fast...
