I figure the only thing I *really* need to get the ball rolling on is the letter about my 7-years-ago depression from my doctor. I can't do anything about that until tomorrow anyway and the printing and organising I am going to do over the weekend...I just don't know how much evidence they want for ongoing relationship and you just know that as soon as I don't bother, they will want to see it!

She told me:
"I know of one applicant who was given a very hard time at his interview because a couple of the documents were dated after he had signed the checklist."
I told her I am aware of plenty of other couples who send the checklist in first, while they obtain the rest of the documents.
So I am insisting that it be mailed, end of story. That with the other forms from before and a spiffy cover letter saying that they should honor our March 14 deliver date. I think they should -- I mean, the instructions in P3 *do* actually say to send the checklist back once all those documents have been gotten, so we can't be the only couple who's sent it in later. Of course I don't expect much from Montreal right now, since they are completely ignoring us, but it can't hurt to ask them to do the right thing.
Well we are going to send the stuff Friday, since she is sending Scott the DS forms again (he hadn't made copies) tonight and I want everything together.
And to Julez, StP, and mox: I have no idea what you guys are talking about, but you're still very entertaining!

Go to wherever you rent DVD's and rent the first couple Firefly DVD's. Be prepared to not get anything done for the rest of the weekend except returning the first 2 and renting the next ones. I know people who hate SciFi that went out and just bought the boxed set after watching the first DVD. It's simply one of the best TV series ever, and it was canceled after one season.

I have to say, hand on heart, that mox only speaks truth about Firefly... just simply one of the best shows EVER, and due to a tragic lack of vision by Fox, cancelled before the end of its first season
however, there was a semi-happy ending, which was NOT expected - the film Serenity was made a couple of years later, and while not a substitute for all the episodes we missed, still neatly ties up some loose ends and gives us a little more than we had before
(forget hiring one disc though... just get the box set; you won't regret it )

Yeah - camping for us meant playing scrabble and going on day trips to the beach It's very rare here in the UK that you can find places that will let you have campfires as well - barbeques are ok but fires tend to be a big no no unless there are designated fire pits... I have seen those maybe once...

well, I don't know that I can answer that question; with both the medical and the interview I had the earliest slot available, so my medical took less than two hours (mainly waiting about, and the guy had to re-do the x-ray because he said the first was unclear) and my interview took ninety minutes
you can read the medical reviews for a blow-by-blow account... it's really not that scary, specially when you know what to expect

this is the first forum that i have ever taken part in, and i feel very commited to the site...today, however i came across albanian.com and its respective forums...very interesting topics indeed, in fact, i spent the whole morning reading over several of them...there are a lot of non-albanian (american, british, etc) women on there who are with albanian men, and there are pages and pages about whether albanian men just use them, (for sex mostly) or whether they will actually ever marry a non-albanian woman...oy vey the controversy

....and i want you to know that it meant nothing!!! sure it was fun, but vj is what i really care about...we have been together for almost a year now, i made a mistake, but i hope that i didnt lose everything that we have together!!!
