Guys i have another question here...i am done with my interview problem and now im going to ask abt my son.
since i can only petition my son after 3 years or so,is it possible for my husband to file a petition for him to follow me to USA soon?i am not leaving yet but my husband wants to file a petition for him by April..is it possible? and in what way?

your husband can petition your son as his stepchild. if you download the form I-130, the instructions on how to petition a stepchild is there.
