Well, these are laws that are currently part of the Immigration Laws of, you

Mexico actually gets quite a few folks that come from Cuba. They don't have the same passion for Cubans that America does. They save them up till they get a batch and then they send them back to Cuba. There is no such thing as asylum in Mexico.
I would not want this thread to turn racist but the government of Mexico definitely takes a different outlook on immigration than America.
It is really a shame that all of these places are very beautiful. They have incredible natural resources. The thing that puts them all in common is that their various governments have taken all of the wealth for themselves. We are very fortunate to live in America where the government is watched very closely. They still take things but they get caught from time to time. It keeps them a little honest.

jasman i am from mexico and i would love to know your source cos....
1. not true, i can list you at least 5 people from where i used to live, immigrants from colombia and china who are not professional nor investors, just regular people working at some company, only request really from goverment, similar to process in the states
2. it has exceptions if not i wonder why so many americans own property and business in cancun, unless cancun was recently moved away from the ocean.....
3. unless they become mexican by naturalization, isnt the same rule in usa???

and by the way of course i dont aprove the illegals in mexico nor usa or any other country, there is a legal way to move into any country and we should all respect the laws wherever we go........what is wrong is the illegal immigrants, i dont see why critize the laws of any country dont you think?

I was in Cancun 2 years ago. In order for a non-citizen to own property or open a business, you must have a Mexican partner or partners that have a minumum 51% ownership.
