I was wondering about these.I heard about them some time ago.Do they work to expedite a case at all ? HAs anyone done them and gotten results.

Are you now doing a spousal IR-1/CR-1 immigrant visa by filing I-130? You posted in the IR-1/CR-1 forum, but your timeline and profile shows K-1.

USCIS has been known to expedite only in cases where US citizen is in military and is being deployed over-seas.

No.I opted for the I-129f because my attorney advised me that this would be quicker than the I-130.As I can see,the I-129f takes forever also.

Another overpaid attorney......LOL. The only way you'll get expidited is to be active US military being deployed or an extreme medical emergency.
