Hey..I130 noa1 just recived today..It was mailed
October 2 last year to Texas..Receipt Notice came
from the Vermont Service Center..Receipt Number
however begins with EAC not WAC so can't add
the case in the online case section at USCIS..
Thought would post this for everyones FYI..

Sorry no timeline yet, wife is here on approved I-129f..I-130 got
denied realy would not know exactly how to put it..Call it 1.4 years
with a I-129f expiring this september on a K3..Thats best can do..
Anyway uscis says wait 2 to 4 days to enter receipt number online.
Why WAC is now EAC she did not know..My timeline is shot if can
help with information of some kind will do..

i am getting worried,i think they lost mine,they say on their website
they are on october 25th petitions.

EAC is vermont. E for Eastern. W for Western.




Then your I-130 question is tied to AOS, not K3. Why not just edit your timeline by putting in the information you have.
