I have learned that touched means someone at USCiS physically moved my 129F. How do i go about checking to see if anything has happened to it since it arrived in the mail room. when i check my status online, it says the same thing from day one. i did log into my portfolio on the USCIS sit and it says last updated. is yhat when i updated the portfolio? Just trying to find out how to find out if it has touched yet.

The "last updated" date will change anytime they touch it.

That is correct and looking at your timeline, it could be because they encashed your check.
