Hi guys,

I need your opinion, advice ...Original of my husband divorce decree had been given in a civil registry in Lima, Peru on the day of our marriage. Previously we did a copy of the same document. When I got back in US I translate the copy and copy had been certified together with translation(also attached). With my I-130 form I send a copy of certified translation and had been accepted. In a meantime, my husband went to the court to take a new original divorce decree and he told me that they gave him the decree with some additional pages mad.gif What we suppose to do now?!?!?!
Do we need to translate "again" the new decree and send to NVC or we can go with certified copy translation? I know that if we send certified copies to NVC he will need to present originals on the interview day and I am scared that not gonna match. blush.gif

Thanks in advance

Dani

NVC wants the original. I would have the original translated and attach the translation to the original you now possess. Will probably save you from getting an RFE.
