I really need some info for a friend of mine, her husband is filling for her CR1 spousal visa, he is at the stage where he is preparing to send off the Affidavit form and the Supporting Documnets to NVC, how long should he take to send everthing back to NVC, we have heard that they can close your case!!!!!!!! if you take to long, everyone is panicking when we heard this. it has been over a month since he got the forms from NVC, any info will really help.

If you are talking about DS-3032 and I-864, they will send you reminders those need to be sent in for the case to be completed. You won't get the fee bill for the visa until after the DS-3032 is returned.
