Hi again,
Few questions from an avid VJ member..lol! My fiancee sent some of his tickets/divorce paper etc. to the USCIS before. Just wanna know if those papers will be kept in thier department or they will give it back to us. Fiancee included request of returning those documents to him. We need some of those during interview.
One more question, Anyone from Idaho? TimY is from boise anyone near Buhl? Lets keep in touch please i will be very homesick without having pinay friends there. Mabuhay Ang Mga Pinay Sa Idaho..hehehe!

You won't get evidence returned - your petition will be at the interview. (Always a good idea to keep copies of everything sent. good.gif

yes that correct you wont get things back your hubby can get new copies if needed the only things you will get back are like your birth cert. marriage lic and that wont be till interview is over

We prepared for the worst and ordered multiple certified copies of the required items. Sent one set with the I-130 and will have a second set w/photocopies at the interview. It might be a little overkill, but we would rather have too many forms than not enough. We also ordered new NBI report and CENOMAR last month so those would be up to date.

Buhl isn't far at all. I accually live in Nampa.
