my husband is an american..lately he is thinking if its possible for him to petition my mother coz i cant petition her yet since i am not a US citizen yet? do you think guys it is possible? we have a 4 months old daughter and its a big help to us if my mother is with us..

Sorry, the answer is no, if you mean your husband can petition for her. You have to be a US citizen to petition for your mother.
