Should we send the form to the USCIS in Texas or in California?Will it slow down the process if we send it to the Texas service center since I heard they stopped receiving I-130 forms?Should my housband file directly to California center?I really dont know what to do.

All I-130s now go to the Chicago lockbox from which point they will be sent to either the VSC or the CSC.

Another question:Should I send it to Chicago even if we want K3 visa?Where should we send I-129F then?
