Are there any August Approvals yet??? Please keep us posted...

Bump. Any update from anyone ... ?

I'm really hoping USCIS starts processing the approvals to our August cases next month. In the meanwhile, all June/July people need to get their NOA2. The faster they get the faster we, August/September, receive ours.

we got our N0A2 by mail on december 21, now we are just waiting for the NVC send our case to the consulate in Brazil.

I'm happy for you. That's all I'm going to say. I'll just smile at the rest...it's uesless Good luck with your K1 VISA!!!

Now then, are their any other Aug/Sept CR/IR NOA2's out there yet?

I still don't even have a lousy reciept or NOA1.

I still don't have anything either HOHOHO. I sent form 7001 to CIS Ombudsman and more information to my congressman who told me that he would assist me on this matter. So I am waiting for resolution on that. But this waiting "without knowing our next step" is so frustrating

yah! august filer waiting and praying that NOA2 will be received soon...

My case was approved on January 14. I didn't get my approval by mail yet but I checked my status online and it shows approval

First IR1/CR1 August approval I've seen. Yeehaa. Looks like VSC is moving on to August.
