All consulates and embassies are required by Department of State to request only I-134 Affidavit of Support for all K-Visas.

I-864 is GREEN-CARD affidavit of support, not a visa affidavit of support. I-864 is used for IMMIGRANT visas (CR-1 and IR-1) because they directly result in a Green-Card issued upon entry to the USA.

thank you becuz i was told I134 is a form given to my bank to fillout for year should i get three years or just 2007

Bank dose not fill out the I-134 US citizen sponsor does, many banks have a notary on stalf that can notarize the form.
