if i ahve priority date od march 9 do they nee do give us interview date before that..And if it runs out what next K-3

Normally yes, the interview is normally scheduled before the expiration of the petition. But in some cases that is not possible. I saw another K3 from Nigeria on here and they have their interview in March. Don't know if that is before or after the expiration of their NOA2.
