i think we can still send the i-129f becoz they only started on our papers in october (we sent it 9/28) .... or what do u all think???

My hubby and I are just going to stay with the I-130 and get a CR1. It might not be as fast but we won't have to pay $1000 to adjust his status.

I would ask others about the timing cuz its already been almost 4 months...and if u file the I129 too late, the I130 will be approved first and u will be out the money u paid for the K3..cuz its null and void if the I130 approves first. Most people file the K3 within 2 months...thats my understanding.

we sent our papers to NVC which in return sent it out to CSC....it reached them on jan 9th..and our NOA1 reached us on the 12th... so thats what im asking ... do i count from the day i sent it or the day it reached them???
