I was told theres a way to track papers once left nvc

When you go to DHL website, track by reference type in: EXP 11 JAN 2008A then choose your date range.

If the package was mailed yesterday I would give it at least five days to be received by the US Consulate Lagos. I don’t think it would leave Portsmouth NH and be received in Lagos the next day. Once you see the results scroll down to see if a package has been received by the Consulate in Lagos. It’s a shot in the dark but all you can do is try.

i called them said it was being sent eletoncally today 01/11/08 mailed out will take about 5 days also received email thta it was sent out.. SO once its eletroncally in system can he go to get packet if it hard copy has not got there ye t i told him wait till next thursday why you not been on r u mad at me??

Do you know when they pysically mailed out the package? I think DHL only picks up packages every few days from NVC so even if they said they mailed it out on 1/11/08, it may actually sit in the mailing room until the 13th or 14th. You may have to use a range of dates. In my case, NVC told me it was sent out on 9/11/07 when it was actually sent 9/12/07.

No pound sign and spaces no there. So try again with EXP 11 JAN 2008A. On the posting it also says that sometimes there is an additional space between the year and the A. I think this isn't exact and you have to have the patience to just keep messing around with it.

DHL tracking is for the hard copy.

If you go to "Track by Reference" and enter "EXP 10 JAN 2008A" a whole series of packages will come up.

Hope all is well with you. No I am not upset with you, why would you think that. I've been trying to get my documents in order, dealing with my "grown" children, and work busy with year end closing and renewals. Talking about needing "another" vacation.

We are getting close to our interview and I am trying to make sure that Hakeem has everything that he will need. I am sending the paperwork he needs tomorrow for his interview. After that I can rest, this process is so stressful.

where are you getting the dhl tracking numbers? i finaly got my noa2 hard copy yesterday, nothing like that reference number on it. also what is a priority number ? mine is blank . any info will be greatly appreciated i only researched as far as the noa 2 ( still in shock of our approval last monday) i already got my MNL case # (by calling)...........thanks everyone ... sorry for being impatient ... , just happy to see progress happening on my case you know ...lol

hi again i went to the dhl website and made up a number EXP 14 JAN 2008A i saw a shipment to Manila Philippines that arrived there today at 9:00am USA time. i hope my papers were on it ... it was sent from the NVC just thought i would pass this info along

Please help!! I called NVC today. they said my papers were rec'd by them on 1/28 (4 days after approval!) and it was sent to Lagos on 1/30!! I am trying to track it by reference by using
EXP 30 JAN 2008A and the only package that comes up is going to the Phillipines. Can anyone please help???

Try this instead EXP 28 JAN 2008A, or the 29th or even today...one of them will be it

I think I found it. I put in EXP 29 JAN 2008A and a whole list came up of shipments that were picked up on Jan 30th. I don't know why it would be under 29 Jan but who cares.. it's the only Lagos in the list and man that's a long list! Go NVC!!! WOO HOOOOOOO 6 days after approval it was on the way to the embassy! that must be some kind of record!
