hey can some one in lagos vj tell me... My husbands papers was e;etronally sent today and mailed off.. I was told if its eletroncally filed and if he hac nvc # and I129 - I130 approval lette rhe can go to embassey to get packet and interview Date is this true can some one help me out?? ASAP

If he lives in Lagos I would say go, sometimes it takes a few days to hit the system. But if he has to travel to Lagos (Victoria Island) I would say wait until Wednesday of The coming week. Take a copy of the I-797 and a copy of the NVC letter or email and passport.

Thanks for stipulating that, I obviously have bad sight. K-3 is done diffrentely I believe NVC schedules and or informs you of appointment. To be sure search k-3's Nigeris and let someone going throughht the process inform you.

But, to answer your question: Your SO should take a copy of the NOA2 and a copy of the NVC letter of approval to the embassy and pick up his packets and he will get an interview date as well. Good Luck!
