Good news everyone...my fiancee will be flying to the US to join me on the 29th.
Her POE will be New York(JFK).
She will be bringing all the documents with her related to the K-1 process.

We didn't need other documents for AOS, except those related to the K1 process. But just in case I would bring all personal docs, such as school/college certificates etc., and of course all official docs like original birth certificate etc.
