I received this letter today requesting that i respond to it

It claims that I filed more than once in a year ..true we have filed but it is with the same girl
last May we had and problem with our paper work and requested to cancel our petition correct it and refile which we did in September ...should this be a problem
Is there a sample letter that anybody knows of

I'm sure other can give you more detailed information, but from reading your post I would suggest that you contact VSC and send them copies of the correspondence from the time you canceled the last petition. Mayb they can still reverse it. If not, I would either send the petition in again along with the said correspondence or contact a lawyer (i know...).

I'm not sure what kind of problems you had with the paperwork when sent in the petition the first time and I'm not sure if you want to disclose it, but this might help others to give you more detailed advice.
