can any body tell me that what are the tests required for us visa in there medical examination
e.g
hepatitis C virus
or what else

If you are having your k1 visa interview, you obviously need to go to a designated Dr about 2 weeks or so in advance (see directions) and on the packet that you got it tells you what kind of tests you require. If I remember correctly all they did was took my chest xray and took my blood sample and oh yeah they also checked my B.P. I think they give you an overall physical.
