plz help

my husband came to the U.S on a K-3 visa. we are in the processing of completing the AOS packet. I am a graduate student and don't make enough money. regardless, i will fill out the I-864.

i live with my parents and I will be using their income to fulfill the sponsorship requirement. since my parents file together and I need both of their incomes... do they fill out 2 separate I-864A?????

Also... how many years of tax papers do we need to provide uscis... i have read conflicting information...some people say 1 and some say 3

do i have to send in job letters..paystubs like I did with the I-134.

Also....... can someone confirm for me......WITH K-3 THERE IS NO NEED TO FILL OUT THE ADVANCE TO PAROLE FORM...BECAUSE YOU CAN TRAVEL IN AND OUT OF THE COUNTRY WITHOUT IT........ RIGHT?

ahhhhhhh this is so hard.
mgk
Hi,

> Yes, your co-sponsor needs to fill i864A

> Three years tax filing statements, w2s, etc. are needed

> yes, if you or your co-sponsor is working than you need to submit recent pay stubs, employment letter similar to i134

Hope this helps
