Does anyone know what an applicants statement is? I was told that it is needed for Packet 3 at new delhi

I don't know - do you mean the Statement of Intent to get married? It is the same thing required in the I-129F packet, only dated more recently.

I surfed the net and found the applicant statement for Mumbai. It is just signing the packet 3 saying you are applying for the visa and are being honest... Next step is to get a copy of that for Delhi and have it ready for my fiance...

I am way too worried about this interview..
