That's a lovely thought - though I have to say i'm just having a down day today. It feels like it's never going to happen. People who filed way after me have been approved and i've not even been touched. There's no logic and it makes me worry that there's a problem....and yet no RFE either...

There is no rhyme or reason with VSC....we have certainly found that out in the past couple of months...just stay strong and remember that there are people completely behind you!!!!

I know all this - i'm just having a down day. I miss Toby and I just want to be on track....

Was busy with my kids moving up ceremony last Saturday and also had no internet connection since Friday. It was so frustrating but I guess it also helped me focus more on other things aside from checking USCIS site....

How are you? Was hoping to see you get approval already since december csc approvals have been trickling in.

i do hope we all get our approvals soon... really eally soon, especially now that us embassy manila have imposed additional requirements in setting up interview dates.... it's additional burden to the already cumbersome visa process and I just want to be over all of this soon.

I wished I was having a grand break (the only break was the moving up/school year ending program for my kids-- our school year here starts in June and ends in March, summer time is April and May)... MAN, i had no internet connection for 4days and a half After one year of very slow connection and regular internet interruption, I finally decided to terminate the old ISP and applied for a new one.... I guess one year of enduring the bad connection did help me learn patience and this immigration process is just amplifying the learning process some more

But I will be taking a break come Maundy Thursday to Black Saturday coz our church have a family activity for the holy week. We're going off to the BEACH!!! .

I do hope we all get our NOA2 soon, VSC & CSC alike.

At least you have some big strong arms to keep you warm there... aren't you glad it is cold there? you have more reasons to cuddle up .... I'm absolutely green with envy

Well if it weren't for the fact that I have to work the rest of this week, and he's out at some seminar, but should be back soon ....

But yes, I am thrilled to be here, just dealing with the adjustment to the climate difference ... definitely hadn't planned on seeing snow, but it's melting already. Don't envy me too much, I'll be back home before I know it, missing him all over again. We will all be with our loved ones very soon and permanently. I'm looking forward to that day very much I know we all are!!!!!

Congratulations to all the new approvals! I'm still working London due to an extensions on my project, heading home Thursday, so I'm looking forward to sleeping in my own bed for once!

It's strange how quiet the approvals were for the last week or two. Hopefully that means a sea of them will come through shortly!

I know that feeling, I have to goto the UK for work once I finish my personal trip here to Germany. I think I get to go home for a few days, then head back. Maybe I can get them to postpone it for a week or two ...

Thanks, the time is slipping away already We are thinking about going up to Berlin this weekend ... who knows, just something to get out But I'm not going to fret over leaving just yet, I only got here a few days ago, and I don't leave until the end of month. So it will be that last weekend this month when it hits me But I'll manage ... I'm just hoping we get lucky and maybe get our NOA2 while I'm over here visiting. Will just be a little sweeter if that happened.

Congrats to all recent approvals, feels good that there is progress being made everyday, gives me a lot of hope, and also moves that estimated date closer in my timeline.

but at the same time, it makes it that much more gut-wrenching that mine hasn't moved yet, I need patience i suppose. I now have resorted to few times a day checking of the USCIS website.

It seems I'm trying to get into that small 1-2 minute window of checking the uscis website RIGHT before the email comes out, hehe.

Parting is such a sweet sorrow... sometimes you just don't know what is better to be with each other for a few days or just to endure months apart till you could be together permanently forever.

It's been 8months since I last saw Rick.. we've been in this long distance relationship for almost 3 years now and his been here 2x already... his two visits have been days and weeks of bliss but everytime he leaves, it just take me weeks to recover, i just cry and cry and even daily chat and talks don't lessen the pain.... but still the pain of parting is worth every minute of being together.

Just enjoy every minute and every second you have with your fiance.... and when it's time to say goodbye, just think that you will be together pretty soon.

Russell just mailed me everything I need from his end yesterday and i'm just about ready to go. 10 years of emails, phone records, chat logs, travel docs and pictures... I should be able to find something that would prove a relationship dont ya think?! 4 weeks from today I will pick up my divorce decree and overnight the package off to Vermont. After having checked it a billion times i'm sure!

I'm sorry it's been so long since your last visit with Rick. You're so right though, the leaving is SO hard and really keeps the strongest of us down for some time afterwards.

I know it's hard for you folks seeing everyone around your date approved as you wait but try to hold on to the knowledge that it really will be sometime very soon that you are approved and well on your way to your new lives together. Stay strong!

It is indeed a little hard seeing approvals left and right but I do trust God that He knows what He is doing. We have done our part in compiling and arranging our I-129F petition. The day Rick sent it off, we sent it along with a prayer and we have lifted it to God already. It is in His hands now... beyond our control.

Of course I still stress about it but then I look at how expensive botox is and it is enough motivation not to stress myself out. I can't allow this visa process to give me the wrinkles coz I can't afford botox yet.
