Hillary Clinton is stepping up her assault on Barack Obama and John Edwards today ... taking on both opponents for what she called empty rhetoric.

The Democratic primary race, she said, is about "how will we bring about change by making sure we nominate and elect a doer, not a talker?"

Her campaign seems to be in desperation mode, always trying to redefine her theme, yet unable to shake the less favorable labels such as being, 'more of the same'. Now that Biden and Dodd are out, her best label would be the 'experienced' candidate, but even that acknowledges the 'more of the same' element.

For some reason the phrase "doer" makes me think of a strap-on.

I know she was involved while Bill was Pres, but I get annoyed with the fact that she acts as if his presidential years count towards her experience, as if she did all the things her husband did instead of being the first lady. She wasn't Pres but she thinks she was.

None of them really do anything other than be a puppet for the people that back them, usually the lobbyist.
