If I am correct, delbros is the one responsible for delivering the Visa's but I'm not sure if they use DHL or they use their own people. Anyways, once approved in the interview can you call Delbros and find out if it has been dispatched or when will it arrived? I'm trying to anticipate everyhing and I don't want to purchase a ticket for both of us and the visa won't make it on time. I've noticed though that most of the members here get their visa in a week depending on the location. In some provinces could take two weeks. My fiancee lives in Imus, Cavite do you guys have an idea if it will take a long time for her to receive it or is it just better to pick it up?

Being able to pick it up is not automatic. You have to ask the consul who interviews you if you can. If you do try to anticipate, you should buy tickets that are refundable so that you can adjust the flight if necessary. If you already have tickets, let the consul know that.
Yes you can check the status of your visa via Delbros text hotline. Just text 0917-6221949, they usually respond your inquiries within office hours, Mon-Fri 8-5pm, according to my experience. There's no guarantee that it will be delivered within a week from interview, coz in my case it is taking forever. Anyway, I hope it doesn't happen to both of you.
Yes you can call DELBROS . .direct number is 02-339-2761 and ask if they already have the visa and if its ready for delivery. I tried their text service but didnt get any reply so I called.
I got mine in 1 1/2 weeks after my interview and I live in Quezon City. Better to buy your tickets after you receive it.

Yes! The petitioner and/or beneficiary may call the USE and ask for DELBROS. Once connected to them, inquire if the visa has been released for delivery. The DELBROS staff will inform you if the visa has been turned over to them for delivery. I found that being very cheerful and nice to them goes a long way. Trust me...
