I don't have any experience in co-sponsorship, but I think they do accept the beneficiary's assets, too. What kind of visa are you trying for, K1 or K3? You can read the instructions of the sponsorship forms (I-134 or I-864), it may have info there.

25 years is a big age difference for India, especially when the USC female is the older one. They also don't like it if either person has been married before and has children. However, many people have been granted the visas so you can do it too! Just have plenty of proof from a long courtship, and be fully confident in the interview. I am the female USC 16 years older than my Indian husband, and we got approved fine! Good luck to you! good.gif

For the interview stage, if possible get a notarized Affidavit from your mother and brother. You don't have to mention your dad. The Indian Consulate likes to hear that you have family approval, it will help you a lot. good.gif

Everything else sounds good, best wishes for a smooth visa journey! yes.gif

Proof of your visit to your fiancee in the US is excellent evidence that your intentions are genuine. Be sure to provide copies of your airline boarding passes (and any other documents relative to that visit, especially items that indicate the two of you spent time together) to your fiancee for use in your original K-1 petition to the USCIS.

Best wishes!

hi,

My Interview Questions were tough for sure.. you can take the affadavit of ur moms and brothers support..... SUBMIT EVERYTHING TO THE VFS .... because the CO officer has no time to look at your docs at the time of interview... The CO like to be pre prepared with the case and your paperwork.. and they are reallly organised and fast.

Best Of luck

Jigi
