Hey guys! I had my interview on the 3rd at the US consulate in Hong kong. I came to the immigrant visa unit room at about 8.45am. I handed in all the documents to a local officer and then he told me to have a seat and wait. I was first interviewed by a local lady. She asked me who applied the petition for me, how I meet my fiance, what does he do, why I want to marry him, what our marriage plan is, what common interests we have, what I worked and studyed before.. actually she asked me about our ages mostly, because she said "do you think it is too early for you two to get married?" I am 18 and my fiance is 19, and then I told her that my sister got married even earlier, so she went "oh, did your whole family get married early?" I said I think so and then we both smiled. laughing.gif And she continued to ask what my parents and his parents think about our marriage, and that was it. And soon I was interviewed by a nice american lady in English, she asked me how and when we met, why I want to marry him, what his major is, where he goes to work.. and then she said everything was great and told me to wait a while. At last, I was called by a local lady, and she gave me back my stuff and told me to pay the postal fee and I would get my visa in a week. biggrin.gif I left the conculate at 11am. I never thought they would ask me a lot of questions, and I think if you stay calm and tell the truth, it will be fine! Good luck everyone! smile.gif
