Sorry if this is daft. I have my interview tomorrow, and have been reviewing the DS 2001 part 2. It asks for the petitioners full name and address. I take the petitioner to be my wife the USC, but she thinks that this is now me. Can someone put us right!!!

Thanks again for all your help!

I should think that the petitioner is the US citizen.

The petitioner is the USC, the beneficiary is you! biggrin.gif

Good luck!!

US Citizen filed the I-130 and/or I-129f so they are the Petitioner, you are the beneficiary because you are receiving the benefit of the visa.

You filed for some type of visa NOT N/A, please update profile to show what you filed for.

Firstly I meant DS-230 part 2! Secondly it's for an IR visa.

Thanks
