Going through the pool of forms, i read somewhere that my fiance has to prove he can support me while in the USA. The confusion for us now is which form to fill. I-864EZ or I-134?

Does he have to fill in this forms or can he simply provide proof of income from his work and his latest tax return?

Thanks inadvance.

Hopefully the 'somewhere' you read that is in the Guides - yes, your USC fiancé will need to prove you will be supported, and will have to do so by completing the I-134 (and including any supporting documents such as pay-stubs, tax returns etc) - . He will do this twice - once for your K1 visa interview, and again in the US for your AOS (only the second time, using the I-864). The I-134 will need to be notarized in the US. (The I-864, when it comes time, doesn't need to be notarized.) - Good luck on your upcoming interview. good.gif

Most embassies/consulates - and I believe the UK too - require the I-134

You need him to complete the I-134 and have it notarized. He can use an employment letter plus either notarized copies of recent tax returns or tax transcripts that can be ordered by calling the IRS. They are free.

Also, I saw in another thread where you wanted the Packet 3 scans, so here is a link: http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/thumbna...y&uid=30186

The pages are a bit mixed up, but once printed you can put them in order and follow the instructions. Griff and I went over them together a million times! laughing.gif

I also noticed your P3 was mailed on Dec 11th, same as ours anf thejoz. I am convinced they never actually left the consulate and are still in somebodies tray there! Its just too much a coincidence that all 3 of ours never arrived!

Thank you guys. The whole thing is all too frustrating.

It is confusing, especially in the question of support.

The I-134 is easy, though. The I-864, for AOS, now that is more confusing!!
